It’s been a slow week for me around here because my Mom was visiting from South Carolina! It’s the first time I’ve seen her since WDW Marathon Weekend in January so we’ve been spending a lot of time catching up. Sometimes it’s important to unplug and spend time with the ones you love, even if it means falling behind on your blogging every once and a while 🙂

Since Mom was here and we were traveling around a bit, I didn’t get a long run in this weekend, but I did take her to her first yoga class and she LOVED it! I’m going to get back at it this week…along with blogging on the regular!
