Now I just need to book my flight and get a hotel room (fingers crossed my DVC waitlist comes through!) and they will be mine! Oh yeah and run 19.3 miles 😉

Something about the Long Branch Half Marathon seriously lit a fire under my ass. I came home and put together a training plan for the Dumbo Double Dare Challenge and hit the ground running…literally. So I got 5 workouts done in 3 days and feel really great. I’m just hoping I can keep this motivation up!

Tuesday: 2.12 mile run & CrossFit: Dead Lifts, Hang Cleans & Burpees
Wednesday: CrossFit: Lots of Amraps
Thursday: 1.34 mile run with hill repeats & CrossFit: Split Jerks, Push Press & Rowing

This upcoming weekend I’m heading to the Reebok Headquarters in Canton, MA to cheer on the team from CrossFit Milford (#1 in the Northeast BTW!) at the Northeast Regionals of the CrossFit Games. It’s going to be a super fun event so keep an eye out for all my updates! I’ll be sporting my CFM gear so if you are going…make sure to say hi!
