Well this week has been the complete antithesis of last week. I started my week in WDW celebrating Animal Kingdom’s 15th anniversary and spending time with with my best friends. I even had my first, but certainly NOT last, Lapu Lapu!
Yes travel is hard for me, but it is worth it for these experiences. Life is too short to miss out on the things that you truly love. And let’s be honest, that’s why they make anti-anxiety drugs…to help us fly right?? 🙂
While I had a great few days in WDW, I really missed B and my kids. I mean how could you not miss this?!?
As much as I miss WDW, I’m very happy to be home. I love my family so much and even when I’m in my favorite place on the planet, I miss them more than anything and can’t wait to get home.
Moving on to less sappy things, I’m sure you’ve seen the big news that came from runDisney this week about Princess Half Marathon Weekend. In 2014, there will be a new 10K and the Glass Slipper Challenge, along with an awesomely pink Coast-to-Coast medal if you complete both the Tinker Bell and Princess Half Marathons.

Monday: 3 mile walk around Epcot
Tuesday: 2 mile walk around DHS
Wednesday: CrossFit: Total Insanity!
Thursday: Unplanned rest dues to the Yankee Game
Clearly I need to get my ass in gear for the Long Branch Half Marathon I’m running next weekend. I’m really excited for this race because not only is it a flat, fast course, but the finish line is right where B & I got married…super cool! Knowing that he’ll be at the finish line will get me through the race…looking forward to that photo. We will surely look very different from our wedding day 😉
The goal for this week is 3 days of CrossFit, 1 short run and then the half marathon on Sunday. Let’s do this!!
