Oh hi remember me? I feel like I’ve been completely MIA this week…I guess the holidays will do that to you. We managed to get our tree up today and it’s all decorated with a cute little present on the tree skirt.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock this week (or aren’t involved in the Disney community), you’ll know that New Fantasyland opened this week in the Magic Kingdom. If you haven’t seen the video, you have to watch the dragon that paid a visit to the opening ceremony…it is pretty awesome.

I’ve been feeling better this week, but I’m definitely not at 100%. I saw the doctor on Monday and got a ton of blood work done. I have a follow up appointment on Thursday and hopefully I can get some answers about what is going on. I also was able to get my blood drawn for a food allergy test, which I’m really excited about. It tests 90 different foods.
Speaking of food, I received a copy of the book It Starts With Food and I can’t wait to dive into it. I’m a firm believer that what you eat has an effect on everything that goes on with your body. I feel like I’m finally making the right steps to try and get to the bottom of all my health issues.
This morning I ran the local Christopher Martin’s Christmas Run for Children 5K and felt really great. I PR’d my 5K time by 20 seconds! This was the same race I ran last year when I first started this whole running and I shaved almost 4 minutes off of that time. It’s pretty amazing what a year can do 🙂

This week is looking like it will be just as hectic as last, but I’m going to try and stay focused. I need to get more training runs in!!! I have a great holiday giveaway coming up in the next few days so keep an eye out for that. I’m also going to be doing some features on WDW Marathon weekend that I really think you will enjoy.
