Unfortunately, I don’t get in until Thursday evening, so I will miss some of the great speakers that day. I was looking forward to Lori Tubbs. I think I’m going to try to catch the 2 panels on Friday: The Physical and Mental Benefits of Staying Fit and The Best Running Coach’s National Panel. Keep in mind that the presentations will take place in HP Field House where packet pick-up is, not in the Josten’s Center where it usually is.

For more information on the events at the Health & Fitness Expo, take a look at the official race program here!

What presentations are you looking forward to?

  1. I’ve been to a dozen Disney running events, but this line-up far exceeds any other. Truly stunning! Hope I get there in time to see Jim Ryun.

    • The panels are pretty spectacular!

      • Yep, and it took less than a day for Disney to publicly dissociate itself from one of the scheduled panelists, Olympian Suzy Favor-Hamilton, after yesterday’s shocking revelation that she’s been working as an escort in Vegas.

  2. In the race packet they also point out that the medal weighs more than half of a pound!

  3. Such an impressive line up this year! We’re also not arriving until Friday sometime but I hope to see the running coaches panel, Tara, and Jeff Galloway.
