Weekly Review
It’s been a restful week here.  It took a few days for my legs to feel back to normal and I still wasn’t moving at my normal pace.

Here’s my week in training (or lack there of…):
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: 2 mile run
Thursday: Spinning – 1 hour
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Rest

This week, I hope to get back to my usual 4-5 days of exercise a week.  This is also the week that I need to decided if I’m going to register for the Walt Disney World Marathon.  The price increases after June 19th, which is also the last day DVC discounts are available, so I’ll be saving $30 by registering this week.  I’m leaning towards registering, but my nerves are still getting the best of me.  Seeing how far I’ve come in the past year gives me the confidence to think I can do it.  At this time last year, I running a half marathon wasn’t even in the realm of possibilities for me.  Now I’ve run 2!  So why not through a marathon into the mix??  You can see I’m trying to talk myself into this, right?

  1. Do it! Sign up for the marathon! I signed up for Goofy and I won’t be running my first full until November. I’m a little scared, but if I’m going to do it, Disney is the place, right? Best of luck! 🙂

I also have fear. i downloaded the galloway training plan to my google calendar today. it isn’t too scary. we have a good base with our recent half marathons. sometimes i think to myself to just register for the half. that would be so much easier. But then where is the challenge that we are going for?

  3. Good luck with your decision on the Marathon…I know you can do it! =) I’m trying to decide whether or not to sign up for the Tinkerbell half…it’s scary! I know you’ll rock it if you do it!!

    • Thanks Steph! You can totally do a half. All you have to do is sign up and then you have a real goal to work towards. It makes it much harder to slack on training when that race is looming over your shoulder. How about Princess 2013??
