I’m writing this on my way from Walt Disney World to Disney’s Vero Beach resort for a few days of relaxation on the beach! MiFi rules 🙂 I’ve fallen behing on my blog reading this week because of vacation and a hectic week prior, but I think I found a few good RAD Reads for you to enjoy on your relaxing (hopefully) Sunday!
Eat, Sleep Run, Disney survived her CrossFit training and lived to tell about it. This sounds tough!
Sweat Once a Day talks about going from zero to infinity. She is a true running powerhouse…she actually LOVES to run! Read this and get inspired.
Meals and Miles found a really cute way to document all her races across the country. I love this idea!
DVC Mom welcomes her daughter Katie to the blog with a very insightful look at travel anxiety on their way to Disneyland.
The Disney Blog shares an awesome Fantasyland TV special from 1983. Get ready to get nostalgic!
This Happy Place Blog contemplates what to do with only 13 hours in at Walt Disney World. What would you do??
As I mentioned, Barry and I have been in Walt Disney World for the past two day enjoying fabulous food and fighting the Empire at Star Wars Weekends. We have had so much fun, I can hardly stand it!
And now we’re heading to Vero Beach to relax and spend time with some of our best friends. I’ve never been to Disney’s Vero Beach Resort and I’m really looking forward to a whole different Disney experience. Life is good 🙂
It’s been a very different week for exercise. Most of it has consisted of walking around Walt Disney World, which we all know is great exercise.
Here is my week in training:
Monday: Spinning – 1 hour
Wednesday: 2.5 mile run
Thursday: Spinning – 1 hour
Friday: Walking around WDW – approx. 4 miles
Saturday: Walking around WDW – approx. 6 miles
I’m hoping to get a few runs in at Vero and maybe a bike ride. I saw there is a 10 mile ride with a naturalist that could be a lot of fun. Main goal is just to keep my cardio up. My next have is now less than 2 weeks away so I want to stay injury free!
Have a wonderful week!
